…to my Gallery. Photography is my way of connecting with the world around me and exploring the relationship between the land outside and the landscape within.

I am rarely drawn to grand vistas, but instead to odd places that exist in shadows and on the edges. I often find these in local forests and wetlands.

My soul is awakened, my spirit is soaring,
And carried aloft on the wings of the breeze;
For, above, and around me, the wild wind is roaring
Arousing to rapture the earth and the seas.
The long withered grass in the sunshine is glancing,
The bare trees are tossing their branches on high;
The dead leaves beneath them are merrily dancing,
The white clouds are scudding across the blue sky.
I wish I could see how the ocean is lashing
The foam of its billows to whirlwinds of spray,
I wish I could see how its proud waves are dashing
And hear the wild roar of their thunder today!

Portfolio holds my ongoing long-term projects, some of which I started many years ago.

In contrast, Micro Projects are finished series, which often were created in a limited time range.

Under Books I write about my handmade photo book experiments and Prints shows a series of images, which can be purchased in various formats.

I hope you enjoy the galleries, and thank you very much for your interest!
